RESVARA CLUSTER

The design intent is to maximize the sellable area while maintaining an eco-resort feel. By creating gaps between clusters, we tried to maintain the original rice field condition. Celebrating green space on a micro and macro scale, the environment will have a unique Balinese resort ambiance. The Residence units are inspired by traditional Balinese houses which consist of three layers of proportion and are clad with the local source material.
